Foreign candidates holding a secondary school certificate issued outside EU, OECD, EFTA and that coud not be recognized based on international agreement must take an entry examination testing the knowlegde necessary to undertake studies in a chosen field.
The examination will consist of tasks at the level of the Mathematics Baccalaureate (Polish „matura”) and will cover the following topics:
1. real numbers,
2. algebraic expressions,
3. equations and inequalities,
4. systems of equations,
5. functions,
6. sequences,
7 Trigonometry,
8. planimetry,
9. analytic geometry in the Cartesian plane,
10. Stereometry,
11. combinatorics,
12. probability calculus and statistics.
Each person will be individually reffered to an exam – information will be indicated in the IRK system.
Examination rules:
- Duration of the examination: 60 minutes
- Examination will be conducted online according to the admission schedule.
- A positive result of the examination is a prerequisite for the candidate to be qualified for admission for a chosen programme (min. 8 of 20 correct answers).
- Candidates are not entitled to a resit examination in case of obtaining a negative result.
