ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR MASTER PROGRAMMES

STEP BY STEP

 

STEP 1. -> ONLINE REGISTRATIONCandidates are required to register in the Online Registration Platform according to the schedule annouced for a given recruitment. After registration candidate receives information to the email address indicated in the system confirming the registration and login information.
STEP 2. -> VERIFICATION OF THE OFFICIAL BACHELOR DIPLOMA AND ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

Candidates are asked to send electronic version of theis bachelor diploma and academic transcript for initial verification. WPUT in Szczecin must assess whether the presented diploma entitles its holder to take up master programmes in Poland in the chosen area of studies.

STEP 3. -> SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTSCandidates are required to submit admission documents. WPUT in Szczecin will accept documents sent electronically by email - however students must present all original (official hard copies) documents for inspection after arrival and registration at the University.
STEP 4. -> QUALIFICATION TESTS

Qualification tests are obligatory for candidates who are a bachelor degree graduates in the different area that the chosen one, e.g. bachelor degree in economics when applying for master degree in biotechnology.

The purpose of the qualification tests is to verify whether the candidate has sufficient knowledge in the chosen field.

STEP 5. -> INFORMATION ABOUT CANDIDATES ADMITTED FOR THE PROGRAMMEWPUT in Szczecin publishes a list of candidates admitted for a given programme on its website. Each candidate receives an individual confirmation to the email address indidated in the registration platform.
STEP 6. -> ISSUING DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING ADMISSION FOR STUDIES

Applicants admitted for the programme receive individual documents confirming the admission:

  • decision on admission (both English and Polish version)
  • certificate on admission of a foreign national (only Polish version)
  • confirmation of accommodation (if applicable)
Please note: Admission documents will only be issued if there will be a group of a minimum of 12 persons admitted for the programme.
